How can I track my package?

You will automatically receive an email from us when we send your package. Subsequently, you will receive an email from the delivery company when they scan the package. You should be aware that it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the tracking information.

How long is the delivery time?

We will send your package within 1-3 working days after the order has been processed.
NOTE: If there is no space in the selected parcel shop, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest physical parcel shop.

How long is the exchange and return deadline for a gift?

You always have a 30-day full exchange and return right, from the day you receive the delivery. This applies to all jewelry that is purchased online via. webshop.
At the webshop, you can return the jewelery and get your money back. Please note that we only refund the refund amount to the card used at the time of purchase.

How do I send my return package?

The jewelery must be returned in the same condition, in the same original jewelery box and packaging as when you received it. The enclosed return slip must be completed and sent with the jewelery to the following address:

Do I have to pay for the return shipping myself?

You must bear the shipping costs in connection with the return. We also recommend that you send with a tracking number.

If it is a complaint, always contact customer service before sending the jewelry.

How long is the processing time for return packages?

We will process your return package as soon as possible. Be aware, however, that there may be longer treatment times during the Christmas period.

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been processed, we no longer have the option to change your order. If you discover a typing error in your order, you must therefore contact customer service as soon as possible on tel. +45 2678 3700 or send an email to sales@youyou.dk. Remember to state your order number in your email.
